Cirque Du Solei: La Nouba

I finally went to Cirque Du Solei, which I have been wanting to do ever since I saw a commercial for it! I went with my friend Megan since we both had Thursday off, and she was willing to pay for something that wasn't cheap even with our discount we got. We went to Downtown Disney in the afternoon, got our tickets since we couldn't get them early if we wanted our discount, and played around for a few hours until the show started.

This is Megan and me. She is a fun girl! This is when we were walking along the water.

We ate at Planet Hollywood! They have the world's largest Woody inside at the very top!

Posing in front of the Cirque Du Solei tent.

Trying on masks in the Cirque Du Solei gift shop!

We weren't allowed to take flash pictures inside the show, and a lot of it was too dark to get a decent picture. There were tight rope walkers, trapeze artists, acrobats doing insane tricks, the best juggler I have ever seen, and a bunch of other acts that made my mouth drop. My favorite part of all were these little Asian girls playing with these special yo-yo type toys, and they would toss the wooden parts in the air and do flips over each other and basically do these unbelievable stunts! I have no idea how they got to be so talented at such a young age. They were definitely one of the most popular acts. And they all looked identical and were all the same size.

This is the best picture I got of them. They are holding these sticks with a string connecting them, and there's a wooden circular part that they tossed in the air and spun around.

Here's another picture with decent lighting of the trapeze artists.

I am so glad I went to this show! It is definitely a must see if you are in Orlando for at least a couple of weeks and looking for something to do outside of Disney! If I find a cool video of this show I will have to post it on here so you can maybe get an idea... or look it up yourself and be amazed!
