Exploring the parks

I finally spent a full day in Disney World yesterday! It was a load of fun. We started out at Animal Kingdom. My favorite parts of the entire day were spent there. The first ride we went on was the Kilimanjaro Safari, which was pretty neat. I don't think I will ever go on it again, but it is definitely a "have to experience once" type of attraction. The animals out in the open by you was pretty neat! We also went on "It's Tough Being a Bug", a 3D show inside the tree of life. It was so much fun and made me jump a couple of times! Expedition Everest was an intense roller coaster that made my lose my stomach like crazy. My favorite ride we went on was the last one before we left, and that was Dinosaur. It is a lot like the Indiana Jones ride in Disney Land, except the theme is obviously different. You're in a time capsule jeep trying to find a certain dinosaur before the meteor shower that wiped out the dinosaur hits. And just like you drop down before the boulder hits you in the Indiana Jones ride, you drop down before the dinosaur that you were trying to find eats you! I loved it!

Around 2 we made our way to Epcot. It was pretty packed there. But we ate lunch and went on Mission: Space. Oh my goodness that was such an awesome ride! You really feel like you're in a spaceship launching into outer space. It spun so fast that I was scared I would get sick since I just ate lunch! But it was perfect. We then went on Soarin' which is one of my favorite rides! The wait was 85 minutes, the longest I've ever had to wait to go on a ride. But it was worth it! We ended at the Epcot Globe, riding on the ride inside.

It got to be 6:30, and we wanted to watch "The Memories, the Magic, and You!" show at the Magic Kingdom. So we got there and watched the Electrical Parade, then watched the new show and Wishes. I don't think I will ever get sick of Wishes! But the new show blew me away! The effects they created on the castle left me in awe!

I am so glad I went to two more parks I was dying to see! I hopefully will be going to Hollywood Studios soon!

I love this picture because my friend Kirsten is the only one really scared... she's the only one screaming and freaking out :)
