Simple Pleasures: Smart Purchases

There once was a girl who lived in an apartment with two other awesome girls. Although their apartment was filled with joy and laughter, it wasn't filled with hardly any furniture. Of course, this is the case for most when moving into a new apartment. With determination, one girl set out to find the best furniture at the lowest cost possible to fill their humble abode.

A month after the girls moved in, their apartment soon was furnished with a couch, rug and entertainment center provided by one of the awesome roommates. The determined roommate found an awesome deal on KSL Classifieds and bought a table with 4 chairs. Their apartment soon started looking like an actual home!

Another month passed, and the awesome roommate that provided the couch, rug and entertainment center got engaged to the love of her life. A couple more months passed and the determined roommate came to realization that once the awesome roommate moved out at the end of February, she would basically be taking the whole living room with her besides the TV. The determined roommate, who proved to be a smart purchaser from when she bought a neat table with chairs, was even more determined to find a couch and whatever else she could find to furnish her apartment yet again.

One day, the determined roommate happened to go on KSL Classifieds and search to see if there were any decent couches for sale at a cheap price she could afford. There were really ugly, beat-up couches for under $100, but most of the couches were $150 or more. Then out of nowhere, this couch for only $75 popped up. It was located only a couple miles away from the determined roommate's apartment. The determined roommate took this as a sign and contacted the seller who told her he would hold the couch for her until she found someone who had a truck to take the couch to her apartment.

The determined roommate was able to find someone in her ward the next day, and the couch was picked up that evening. The couch was better than the girl thought... it was practically new! Never had the girl felt such happiness over buying a piece of furniture.

These bar stools were also given to the determined roommate by her awesome cousins! She plans on painting them a different color so they stick out against the white wall underneath the kitchen island.
