Well, in about 6 hours I will be on a flight heading back home. It is so crazy how fast time has gone. I talk about it a lot so it has to be crazy. But it is a bittersweet feeling leaving Florida and getting back to my normal school routine.
I could probably write a ridiculously long blog about how much I have loved it here and the experiences I have had. But I will keep it short and sweet, and also because I'm getting sleepy and am in going-home mode and can't think straight!
I have done so many things in 3 months that I thought I would never even do in my life. I was given a very amazing job, which I learned a ton from. I have improved my communication skills a TON because of how I was able to interact with guests. I worked with awesome people who I loved getting to know. They made my work environment all the more enjoyable. Today was my last day of work there, and it was sad saying goodbye to everyone.
Some of my favorite memories of being here in Florida include: watching Wishes for the first time, working during the parades and making magical moments for guests, watching the Discovery Space Shuttle launch into space, seeing the Broadway musical Wicked, going to all the Disney World parks whenever I wanted to, making a bunch of new friends, experiencing Disney World with my family, going to a Polynesian Luau, going to Cirque Du Solei, eating a Dole Whip for the first time, discovering my new favorite ride, Rock n' Roller Coaster, and riding it 18 times (7 of those times yesterday), seeing anything dealing with the movie "Cars", especially Lighting McQueen, going to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, being in the sun all the time and getting somewhat of a tan, and so much more!
I do hope I come back back here someday, I will miss it so much!
